It was recently reported that the use of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) has improved the performance and opportunities of the company Teleperformance in the Netherlands.
Indeed, the RPA project was extended to the company’s workforce of around 400.000 people where the staff is trying to work out the best new roles for the robots. Having RPA has then significantly helped to cut costs, improve accuracy, and give employees more time to focus on important tasks. It also helped reduce problematic mistakes. This is a great opportunity for businesses to have robots and artificial intelligence working alongside workers in order to improve customer satisfaction and performance.
This RPAÂ project is so successful that more organisations worldwide are planning to implement it within their infrastructure. In the next two years, Teleperformance aims to have an RPA developer for each project.
