ServiceNow to offer tech training programme for refugees in Ireland

ServiceNow is working with the Irish Refugee Council and Purpl Unicorn to offer tech training to refugees in Ireland.

Indeed, the programme is designed to help bridge the tech skills gap in the country as well as provide opportunities to underprivileged communities and promote diversity in the industry. The course will be over nine weeks and will train applicants for developer and engineer roles, with 93% being hired by ServiceNow at the end of training.

The programme aims to make technology careers more accessible and support the refugee crisis by making entry more accessible and equitable. The training courses are taking applications until November.
