AI Sweden is currently working on several projects in order to attract and retain AI talent.Â
Indeed, the Swedish national centre for applied artificial intelligence (AI), AI Sweden, aims to accelerate the use of AI in the country through partnerships with AI startups, corporations, academia and the public sector. One of their biggest challenges is still to attract and retain AI talent thus, there is a need to develop their recruitment strategies.Â
The centre is then committed to designing new talent programmes that will give participants the opportunity to work with its partners. AI Sweden also hopes to attract talents from outside the country as well as young skilled people after they graduate high school. It opens to students from Europe and Ukraine.Â
