Isaac is currently acting as Associate Director Quality Assurance Engineering at Novartis. Besides that he is also professor at the university, participating in a Software Quality Assurance postgraduate or teaching in other university degrees related to the Computer Science field.

With more than 10 years of experience in management and delivery roles across different industries and environments, Isaac has demonstrated expertise helping organizations modernizing their QA practices, as well as implementing shift-left testing policies, test automation tools and processes, DevOps and Agile and SAFe methods.
