Isabel’s leadership roles include the QA transformation and modernisation of testing organisations in national and international companies across various domains including – fintech, banking, payments, retail, Insurance, intellectual properties, gambling, and telecommunications. Applying design and critical analytical thinking in her roles, Isabel has worked to create a culture of innovation, increased effectiveness, transforming testing to deliver high impact automation, high performing teams, and customer-first testing solutions.

Isabel currently heads the strategic QA leadership for Marketing Services at Experian UK.
